Transcriptions: When you choose to transcribe your recordings, the audio is processed using state-of-the-art encryption. The transcription is returned to your device and stored locally.

Analytics: We collect minimal, anonymized usage data to improve the app. This data cannot be traced back to individual users and does not include any of your personal content.

How We Use Your Information

Your recordings and transcriptions are used solely to provide you with insights about your own thoughts. We do not use this data to train AI models, target advertisements, or for any other purpose.

The anonymized usage data helps us understand how people use MindMirror so we can improve the experience. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.

Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data. You can delete any recording or transcription at any time. You can also export all your data in standard formats.

If you choose to delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers (if you had opted to back it up).
